After 10 hours in the plane, we were both really happy to finally arrive in Vancouver.

Here are some pictures from our first two days here.

Day 1:

Highlights so far have included: seeing the mountains and the ocean; seeing Spandy Andy dancing to Michael Jackson on Robson Street (sorry no picture); hanging out with Susan (holsby student); going to the Granville Island Market; and playing disc golf with the locals at Queen E Park and then being driven home by disc golfer Larry (who even stopped so we could get some groceries).

We are going to go to church with Susan this morning and then there is a little holsby reunion this afternoon.  We will write more soon.Vancouver

    I am a highlight! How exciting! The pictures are wonderful, and I am so glad that we were able to spend some time together. THANK YOU! It was a really blessed time. Hope your last hours in Vancouver are super and that the rest of your trip pales in comparison ;) JUST KIDDING!!

    Happy Anniversary #1! I have such good memories of my time with you a year ago at your wedding in Germany.

    Good to hear that you have an opportunity to tour Canada. Please give greetings to family members and friends who were at your wedding as well as to all Holsby friends that you will be meeting along the way.
